It will be very interesting to have a look at our very own Cannes Film Festival red carpet debutante.

Film jury president, director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, Polish director Pawel Pawlikowski and "The Favourite" director Yorgos Lanthimos share a laugh with Elle Fanning as they arrive for the jury dinner at the Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez ahead of the festival's opening night.

On Tuesday, Fremaux said Cannes is progressing in step with the industry.

Actress Elle Fanning lands at the Nice airport in style. She can be seen practising her red carpet walk in the video. Before making her debut in France, Gomez attended Coachella, We Day California and the Hollywood Reporter's Empowerment event, however skipped out on the annual Met Gala last week, choosing to spend that night at Disneyland on the West Coast instead.

The 26-year-old singer and actress is in town for the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, where her movie The Dead Don't Die will have its world premiere tomorrow.
