The cloud macchiato comes in two flavors: caramel and cinnamon.
Ariana Grande and Starbucks sent social media into a tizzy Monday after posting mysterious twin tweets on Twitter. The brand new drink, which comes iced or sizzling, shall be served at shops in the United States and Canada and is an everlasting addition to the menu.
Apparently, Starbucks and Grande both have their heads in the clouds. A full list of the nutrition facts and the ingredients is available online for those with allergies or those who want to know how many calories the foamy drink contains.
"We've always been fans of Ariana Grande's and were excited to work with her to celebrate our shared love of clouds", a Starbucks spokesperson said about the reports.
The cinnamon drink uses a lemon cinnamon syrup, which sounds like a weird flavor combination, but tastes excellent. One pic shows one of her dogs, Toulouse, licking her lips as she's holding a cup.
Ariana Grande and Starbucks is already the standout collab of 2019. Tell us what you think in the comments. You like our cloud? Of course the company couldn't leave it at that, as they replied with lyrics from Grande's song, "No Tears Left To Cry". Rumors swirled that pop singer Ariana Grande may be involved in the product launch after Grande and Starbucks posted matching tweets.
"The celebration will continue next week with a playlist in our stores that features Ariana's favorite music (including some of her hits) as one of multiple playlists available in our USA and Canada stores", a Starbucks rep told Us Weekly. The day wasn't set to happen until Friday, but the playlist was on all week in Starbucks cafes and available online.
Tuesday the company also released other new drinks for spring, including a matcha green tea latte, iced latte or creme frappuccino and a cold brew with cascara cold foam.
