Ruby Rose Makes Batwoman Debut In New Full Costume Pics

The costume was designed by Oscar victor Colleen Atwood.

Assuming Batwoman's inclusion in the Arrow, Supergirl and The Flash crossover goes off without a hitch, you might want to schedule some time into your TV schedule next year for a Batwoman series, since one is now in the works at The CW.

The actress' casting was announced last August, with Rose noting being incredibly excited to become Kate Kane.

Ever since the announcement in July that the crossover would feature Batwoman, fan excitement has been mounting around the introduction another female lead (this one who also happens to be lesbian and ginger, two things television needs more of) to Greg Berlanti's Arrowverse.

The Arrowverse three-way crossover begins Sunday, Dec. 8 at 8/7c on The CW.

We have two months before we'll see the full crossover, but in the meantime, let us know what you think of this Batwoman reveal and what you're hoping the "Elseworlds" story might cover.

Rose will make her debut as Kane in Elseworlds, ahead of a planned solo series set to air in 2019.

Whatever world we're in, it's very exciting to get a look at Batwoman as she'll appear onscreen. But now, we actually have an official look at her in costume, and the title of the CW's best superhero look might just have a new owner.
