Piers Morgan tears apart Meghan Markle's half-sister in interview following dad's drama

"You've been trashing her for two years you little vulture".

A few days before Meghan Markle is set to marry Prince Harry, Piers Morgan, British journalist and victor of "Celebrity Apprentice", sat down with Meghan's estranged half-sister Samantha Markle for his show, "Good Morning Britain".

Samantha Markle, 53, went on the show to stand up for her dad, Thomas, who was caught staging paparazzi photos of himself this week.

Samantha Markle alleged that Morgan's statements were untrue and pulled from "tabloids" (many were on Markle's Twitter page before she changed her settings to private after backlash from other Twitter users).

She also appeared to blame the media for causing Thomas to have a heart attack which has been claimed as the reason he won't be attending the wedding to walk Meghan down the aisle. Samantha, has come out to take responsibility for the photos, saying it was her idea and she wanted her father to be seen in a better light.

"The media was unfairly making him look bad so I suggested he do positive photos for his benefit and the benefit of the royal family".

If he had been paid, she insisted, it would have been a "pittance".

Morgan fired back. "There's no bigger media vulture with this wedding than you", he said.

"How do you have the gall to come on here and talk about media vultures". But since he was outed by CCTV footage talking to photographers to allegedly stage the snaps, Samantha now claims "media vultures" have put too much pressure on her father.

But today, Samantha accused the media of "twisting" and "skewing" anything she has said about her half-sister - who she has not spoken to since 2015 - in an interview with GMB. "I think a person has a right to say 'Enough is enough, '" she said.

"But when he called me panicking on the freeway because he's in a risky situation, being followed by seven or eight cars..."

"The priority should be whether it is safe for him to do that".
