Cops were called to the "Diamonds" hitmaker's house on Thursday morning, May 10 after her assistant discovered the alarm system had been disabled.
Rihanna's household was broken up into a suspected stalker who spent 12 hours indoors, USA prosecutors state. Officers found Leon charging his cell phone and unpacking his bag.
The 26-year-old man was arrested after breaking into the Ocean's 8 actress's home, where he said he was there "to have sex" with the 30-year-old singer, who was out of town at the time. He was also charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest as well.
Authorities say Leon hopped a fence and entered a home that Rihanna owns, although she was not there at the time.
Back in 2016, police investigated a man after he sent a death threat to Rihanna and took a selfie outside of her home.
A fan of Rihanna strolled into her house in Los Angeles and waited for the singer 12 hours.
Leon allegedly broke into another home a week earlier that he mistakenly believed was the singer's and was arrested on suspicion of burglary and trespassing, according to TMZ.com.
If convicted as charged on the latest charges, Leon faces up to six years in prison.
The circumstance is being researched by the Los Angeles Police Department.
