Kesha has postponed her upcoming tour dates due to "doctors orders".
The 30-year-old took to her Twitter page to make the announcement to her fans - who she calls her "Animals" - saying she was "heartbroken" but that she was following "doctor's orders". I am being forced to postpone some of my upcoming global dates due to a recent injury I sustained while performing. The affected dates include stops in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan.
Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets as rescheduled concert dates will be announced at a later time.
"Moving these dates is making me sick with sadness, but I tried to will this injury away and unfortunately it didn't work", Kesha's Instagram post continued.
After suffering a fall during a performance in Dubai on February 9, Kesha will reschedule 11 dates in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Japan in March and April, according to a press release issued to USA TODAY.

She will undergo surgery for her knee before going into rehabilitation as soon as possible so she will be healthy and ready to co-headline her North American summer tour, The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore.
