A new survey indicates that most American Evangelicals still voice strong support for Israel but Millennials in the church do not share that enthusiasm.
Overall, the survey of 2,000 individuals shows that 25 per cent of United States evangelicals support Israel "no matter what it does", while 42 per cent support Israel in general, but not "everything it does".
Jama'at-e-Islami Jammu Kashmir on Tuesday said some western powers led by the world imperialist "so-called" super powers have hatched a "vicious conspiracy" to declare Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and shift the US Embassy there which will be a "great injustice" to the entire Muslim community across the world.
Evangelical support for Israel has played a key role in Israeli-American relations for many years.

"Don't think this isn't related to Alabama next week".
The survey also found that approximately 76 percent of respondents said Christians should support the right of the Jewish people to live in the sovereign State of Israel.
Only 31% said they would oppose it.

He announced the formation of a new group, Alliance for the Peace of Jerusalem, which plans to produce biblically-based resources about Israel, and also encourage Christian believers to pray for the country. Eighty percent say the rebirth of Israel in 1948 was a fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Younger Evangelicals also expressed doubt that Israel's creation in 1948 was a positive event.
Most Evangelicals surveyed said that the Bible shaped the way the see Israel.
The sponsors of the poll, Chosen People Ministries, intended the findings to be a warning: "Overall support of evangelicals for Israel will drop significantly in the next decade if the younger generation is not educated now about its biblical importance", the press release said.
