Johnson will be honored in the motion-picture category by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
A hugely popular professional wrestler known as "The Rock" before he began his film career, Johnson started The Rock Foundation in 2006 to help terminally ill children and to help all children by funding physical fitness and nutrition education programs.

Johnson, 45, is a familiar face at the box office, and has starred in hits like "Moana" and the most recent "Fast and Furious" installment, "The Fate of the Furious". "See everyone there! Tequila on me". He also had roles in "The Mummy Returns", "Get Smart", and "Hercules", as well as several other movies in "The Fast and the Furious" franchise. Next year, he'll star in Disney's "Jungle Cruise", based on the theme park ride, along with the upcoming films "Rampage" and "Skyscraper".
As if being one of the sexiest men alive and being one of the most famous people on the planet wasn't cool enough, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has only gone and gained some more cool points by scoring himself a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
