Kiss Daniel however through his own lawyers at L&A Legal Consultants has issued a signed document.
G-Worldwide Entertainment, the former record label of Kiss Daniel, says it has obtained a court order restricting him from using his stage name or any of the songs recorded in the last four years.
In a new reply, G-Worldwide has stated that Kiss Daniel is misleading the public by misinforming them.
In the same vein, Kiss Daniel through his legal counsels replied G-worldwide saying they had not been served any letters or court documents. But for the objective of saving the public from misinformation, the below explanation is given with an advice for Kiss Daniel and his team to do the needful. "Mr. Anidugbe executed a 7-year Recording and Artist Management Contract ('the Contract") with the Company in 2013 and which Contract is still subsisting. "The company further warned the general public against contracting any business with Kiss Daniel".
The court declaration, as pictured, ordered both parties to "maintain the status quo ante Bellum under the recording contract pending the hearing of the motion on Notice dated the 20/11/2017".
The label said it had secured a court order stopping him from the exploitation of songs recorded under the label and also to stop the use of his stage name, a request which the artiste has described as "laughable". Now, under the recording contract, Mr. Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe is not to use his stage name Kiss Daniel or publish or perform any of the songs without the express consent of G-world Entertainment. "Any person or organization who negotiates, or enters into any agreement with Mr. Anidugbe to engage him on the basis of his presumed rights over the songs in both albums, or the use of the stage name "Kiss Daniel", does so at his or her own risk and peril".
