Last month, Huawei's sub-brand Honor launched its latest dual camera-toting budget smartphone called the Honor 7X in its home market of China. Also, as per Amazon India website, anybody who registers, will be eligible to win a trip or a powerbank, earphones, or an Honor 7X itself. The Chinese organization had already answered to convey the Honor 7X to the nation at some point in December through its on the web and retail stores. Apart from that there is a video ad of the Honor 7X which gives out some of the device's main specifications. This is simply going to help you with a notification, when the device is up on sale. Interestingly, it also states that the winners will be announced on January 8, 2018. Ten winners will receive an Honor 7X smartphone.
In comparison its predecessor, the Honor 6X, came with a dual-camera setup that included a combination of 12-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors.
The Honor 7X's USP remains the dual-camera setup, and the 5.93-inch 1080p display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered with Huawei's HiSilicon Octa-Core Kirin 659 SoC, which also powers recently launched Honor 9i mid-ranger The device comes mainly in three different variants- 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB, whereas the RAM for three of the variants is fixed at 4 gigabytes.
The smartphone price starts from CNY 1,300 (~$200) for 32GB Version, CNY 1,700 (~$260) for 64GB variant and CNY 2,000 (~$300) for 128GB variant. It packs a 3340mAh battery and keeps running on Android 7.0 Nougat-based EMUI 5.1 custom skin. All the models support expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card.
In a meeting with the media, Honor's Global President George Zhao prodded an "amazing cost" for the Honor 7X - without affirming any correct value data.
The smartphone comes in Gold, Aurora Blue and Black colour options. However, the latest listing suggests that the Honor 7X will be an Amazon Exclusive initially.
