Florida Teen Offered Alleged Rape Victim Yard Work As Compensation

The Palm Beach Post reports that Boynton Beach teen Timothy Walding is facing sexual assault, burglary and false imprisonment charges in the rape of the woman this past Friday.

Walding 'then placed his hand tight over her mouth and told her not to scream while holding a knife to her neck'.

The woman asked Walding how he got inside her house, and he told her that he came in through the front door.

"(The intruder) kept telling her that she knew him", the report said.

Walding eventually untied the woman and allowed her to go outside for a cigarette, the report said. She, however, declined the offer. She said the man raped her and then spent the rest of the time before he left talking to her, revealing himself to be her neighbor.

He added he was joining the military so "it would not be awkward" living next to each other, the Daily Mail reported.

However, both the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and the Boynton Beach Police Department, the agency investigating the shooting, have not released the deputy's name or the name of the victim.

Palm Beach County's golden rule "there's a law for citizens and another law for cops" is being followed religiously right now.

The woman was crying and pleaded with the intruder not to kill her, so he assured her that he wasn't going to kill her and then put the knife in a holster on the side of his trousers, the report said. The teen, identified as Corey Davis was seen on video breaking into the woman's apartment in the Lake Highlands area in the middle of the night and leaving late in the morning the next day.
