Taking to Instagram Kevin Hart spoke about the victims of Hurricane Harvey and looked to his friends to follow in his footsteps by donating $25,000 Dollars to Red Cross. (Aug. 27). Hart initially donated $25,000 before upping his contribution to $50,000 and called out fellow comedians and artists to do the same.
According to USA Today, Sandra Bullock was among those who contributed to Harvey relief efforts, donating $1 million to Red Cross on Tuesday and stating, "I'm just grateful I can do it".
"I'm blessed that Kevin Hart made a donation, but I feel like he don't have to do that because it's not necessary", P said in a video obtained by TMZ Wednesday, Aug. 30. "At this point, this is a serious matter".
"Regardless of race and politics, we all want to step up to the plate, do everything we can to help out our brothers and sisters and families in need", Johnson added.
The hip hop mogul is all too familiar with natural disasters. "It's they' money." P said. "I think we've participated in a lot of challenges on the internet, some meaningful, some meaningless". The "I Got the Hook Up!" rapper is not one of them. He just believes maybe not everyone has that $25,000 bread to donate like we may think, and calling them out isn't really necessary. Does Master P have a point here?
