Middle-earth: Shadow of War Lets Players Import Nemesis from Previous Game

The update will also identify player's most loyal Orc follower and bring them over to the new game. Shadow of Mordor created the Nemesis System, which randomly builds enemies with different personalities, looks, strengths/weaknesses and if they defeat you enough times, they'd become your nemesis. Players will be engrossed in a richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories.

If you found yourself missing your top rival Nemesis and Follower from Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, you're in luck. When one orc was defeated in battle, another would take its place, some even moving up within the ranks. This means if you have had a longstanding rivalry with an orc in Shadow of Mordor it's very possible they will appear in Shadow of War just to cause you more trouble. Needless to say, the Nemesis system was incredibly innovative, and the uniqueness of these encounters made them memorable as well. Let us know all about which Nemesis the game picks for you down below. The Nemesis Forge is available on every platform Shadow of Mordor is on.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is out October 10 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Simply put, it's a neat way to carry over the story into the new game if you played the first game.
