If you were hoping for good news from Justin Bieber, today is not that day.
Those boos turned to fists after the game as TMZ Sports obtained footage purportedly of Bieber getting involved in the alleged fight with Cannon. Bieber was reportedly "play fighting" with former That's So Raven actor Kyle Massey at 2 a.m. Saturday, when he allegedly got upset at somebody recording him and refusing to delete the video. Bieber then reportedly took Cannon's Versace sunglasses and put them on, as Cannon started snapping photos.
Las Vegas man Rodney Cannon, 34, claimed he met Bieber outside the Westin Cleveland Downtown hotel on June 8.
It seems that that wasn't the end of their disagreement, however, as the man in question has filed an assault charge with Cleveland Police after Bieber refused to make a settlement out-of-court, according to TMZ. He claims his phone was damaged during the incident.
Trump administration says it will revise travel ban instead of seeking appeal
Robart instead instructed both sides to prepare arguments on whether the temporary restraining order should be more permanent. At issue so far has not been whether Trump's travel ban is ultimately legal - though that has been part of the consideration.
Bieber punched Cannon in the face several times as he reached for the glasses, police reports say. The police report says Bieber's bodyguards joined the assault.
Law enforcement sources tell the outlet the investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed.
A representative for Serafina restaurant told ET on Thursday that nobody from their staff was involved in the incident.
Reports state that another restaurant employee called the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept and reported the alleged headbutt.
