Brielle underwent an operation to have her tonsils removed, while Kash needed his adenoids taken out. To their left, Kash slept in one hospital bed, while Brielle appeared to be hooked up to an IV and snoozing in her bed on the right.
Kim shared a video explaining that someone called Fulton County Animal Services near Atlanta, Georgia because they were concerned over the treatment of her three foster puppies, Shiloh, Sage, and Stella.
The 39-year-old reality star shared a photo Tuesday of 20-year-old daughter Brielle Biermann and 4-year-old son Kash Biermann following their tonsillectomies.
‘2 kids same recovery room!’ she wrote on Instagram, adding a sad face emoji. “It’s all good though had the best doctor”, Zolciak wrote in her caption.

Had to take a pic for @kashbiermann and @briellebiermann for memory sake. The two flash smiles toward the camera. Zolciak captioned this post saying, “I love that my kids all love each other like they do!” At the time, Zolciak thanked everyone who offered their prayers for her son. Kash had to undergo surgery for a dog bite in April. Kim will also be on the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta when it returns again. She has been sharing pictures on Instagram of what is going on. If it never happened again, I’d be happy. and if it did happen again, I’d be happy. She said, “Kroy and I felt it was super important to continue to encourage Kash to be around animals”. “However, since you all have made my OWN show such a huge success, I’ve chose to continue to carry that instead of carrying a peach!”
