Tatum’s NBA sample size, obviously, is minimal at present, as he’s only played in a handful of games in the NBA Summer League.
The 39-year-old Pierce signed a contract with the Celtics that will allow him to retire with the organization, the team announced Monday. He made some of his signature moves like the elbow jumper and the one-handed jam.
The Celtics can also use Allen’s maximum time on the roster to determine whether or not he is worth signing to a full contract at some point in the future.
