“The worldwide network of activist and hacktivist entities calling themselves as “#Anonymous” has now claimed that the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (#NASA) may be on the verge of finally announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life.
NASA has rebutted the latest reports that it is about to announce the discovery of alien life.
That’s what a video posted to a channel affiliated with hacktivist collective Anonymous claims – which has already been viewed more than 800,000 times.
Their whole argument is based on something that Thomas Zurbuchen, NASA’s associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate, said during a hearing in April.
The reproduction of the story/photograph in any form will be liable for legal action.
“According to experts, it is no longer a question of if there is life on other planets, but when we will find it”, the figure said.
US space agency NASA said Monday it has no pending announcement regarding extraterrestrial life, following a wave of media reports that the USA agency is about to announce the evidence of alien life.
“There’s no pending announcement from NASA regarding extraterrestrial life”, he wrote. Zurbuchen explained NASA’s work, but clarified they had not found any sure signs of life on other planets.
Anonymous has now taken to their official Anonymous YouTube account to reveal that NASA will be announcing the existence of intelligent alien life. Popular Science inquired Zurbuchen about the exact meaning, and NASA sent them a response statement. Because of the evidence of hydrogen, many believe that Enceladus is a prime candidate for alien life.
However, NASA has confirmed that no such announcement was on its way.
It comes after NASA’s Kepler space observatory discovered 219 “potential new worlds” in other solar systems. That finding bolsters the chance of planets with conditions that promote life.
“25 years ago, we didn’t know that planets existed beyond our solar system”.
But in his speech, Zurbuchen clearly said that the recent advancements in space research point towards the mankind’s ability to search for life elsewhere in the universe, rather than being specific evidence of alien life.
