Even though it could be early to judge the keyboard of MacBook Pro 2019 but it's likely to face the keyboard issues similar to its predecessor. The controversial butterfly keyboard could be on its way out. Alas, Kuo's chart specifically notes that Apple will use Butterfly switches in its 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch laptops.
iPhone-maker Apple will use a new keyboard mechanism for its upcoming MacBook Pro lineup, according to a report by 9to5Mac. The first model to receive this upgrade will be the 16-inch MacBook Pro. The Cupertino, California-based tech giant seems to finally hear those complaints as a new keyboard design will reportedly launch with a new MacBook Pro in 2019.
"We have revised our prediction that the keyboard of the 16-inch MacBook Pro that will launch in 4Q19 will feature the scissor mechanism instead of the butterfly mechanism", Kuo said.
MacBook users have long had one common issue they encounter, and that is problems with the keyboard that many attributes to Apple's so-called butterfly design.

Apple is working on a new scissor switch keyboard design that uses glass fiber to reinforce the keys on the keyboard. In a fresh report, Kuo has revealed when these new reliable keyboards will begin shipping.
Apple has done several recalls to fix the keyboards in these devices for free.
