Spanish worldwide Ceballos has joined on a season-long deal.
French starlet William Saliba is expected to arrive from Saint-Etienne but will return to the French club on loan.
After what has been a quiet summer, Arsenal fans have been treated to the arrival of two new signings today, as the club confirmed the capture of Dani Ceballos and William Saliba. "I think we're both going to try our best to make me a better player".
"He's a Spanish coach and he knows me from my time at other clubs". "I didn't think twice about signing here, so I'm really happy".
Ceballos also singled out Bellerin as another major factor in his decision, adding: "I get on really well with Hector away from football, on a personal level".
Meanwhile, 18-year-old French centre-back William Saliba has also joined Arsenal, although he will spend another season in France, on loan with St. Etienne, who he has been playing for since 2016.
"We're excited to see Dani join us", Arsenal boss Unai Emery said.
The France Under-20 global made 16 Ligue 1 appearances for Saint-Etienne last season, and will be returning to the club on a season-long loan as part of the deal before joining up with the Arsenal squad ahead of the 2020-21 season.
"We now want him to take another step more in his capacity to be with us, with a big help in our performance and our idea". I knew I had the confidence of the coach, which was very important.
He will be hoping to help the Gunners to bounce back and secure qualification for the Champions League this season after they ended up fifth and without a trophy last term in Emery's first season in charge of the north London club.
Hello Arsenal. Here I am. In a short statement, Emery was all praises for Ceballos, remarking of his talents and "big technical ability".
