During Ubisoft's E3 2019 press conference, more details were revealed and there's not long to go until the first episode which will take players to the Washington National Zoo.
The three episodes that'll make up year one of The Division 2's content updates have been laid out, and each of them looks like they'll add exciting new stuff to the game. Finally, the third episode of this year will have players go on a man hunt to NY to try and track down a mysterious person.
The episode will wrap up in Kenly College, which is home to an entirely new gameplay experience called Expedition mode that will take "exploration, investigation, and logic to uncover the fate of a military convoy gone dark". You'll have to defend the Pentagon from Black Tusk and have access to The Division 2's second 8-player Raid. The cinematic trailer below shows characters traipsing towards the main city from Coney Island.
The Division 2 is now available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, and will also be available on Google's Stadia streaming platform. It's suggested that players will hunt down an ex-Division member, possibly to New York City - the location for the first Division title.
If you've not jumped in on The Division 2 action by now, the game will be completely free on all platforms - PC, PS4, and Xbox One - from June 13 to 16.
