The rear of the Pixel 4 design appears to show a raised square housing all the cameras and - probably - other sensors too.
Other things to note with this render include, there will likely be an under-display fingerprint sensor. Although there is credible evidence that Google will be introducing a more secure facial identification system with the Pixel 4 there is not a single decent flagship device being released these days which actually has a fingerprint sensor NOT mounted under the display. There is still a speaker at the top - that earpiece looks pretty large to be just an earpiece.
Some have also suggested that the glossy finish on the renders lends itself to the Pixel 4 being glossy. While we're on the topic of audio, it doesn't look like the headphone jack is returning. Two speaker grilles can be seen on the bottom, which means there may be no front-facing speaker on that part of the phone - this should make the bottom screen bezel easier to live with in 2019.
While we can't see the display on the pixel 4, it is likely going to have a notch once again.
As always these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt.
