Fire breaks out at Coachella music festival

Last evening, showers on the Coachella grounds caught fire.

There are no reports of injuries related to the blaze. How the fire started wasn't immediately clear.

Riverside County Fire Department has received information about the incident at 2:06 a.m. local time.

"Mobile shower unit in lot eight storage area".

Many users who witnessed the fire first-hand took to social media to share their experience.

The 2019 Coachella festival kicked off last night, and already there seemed to have been some nearly deadly issues for concertgoers as a fire broke out on the campgrounds.

You can check out footage of the fire below. The flames that broke out at the world-famous arts and music event damaged a trailer and destroyed another.

Coachella has yet to make a public statement regarding the fire. The feed began on Friday at 4 p.m. with performances from the likes of Kacey Musgraves, Jaden Smith, Janelle Monáe and Childish Gambino.
