"Considering that the smartphone market is undergoing a slump, the Galaxy S10 is faring well", one industry official told the Korea Herald. Samsung is expected to ship 10 million handsets in the first quarter, and another 10 million in the April-June period, say Samsung's parts suppliers.
It's a near certainty that the Galaxy Note 10 will feature Samsung's brand new Infinity-O display panels.
If these predictions turn out to be true, the Galaxy S10 will slightly outperform the Galaxy S9, which sold 19.2 million for the first half of 2018 and 15,8 for the second half (35 million total). "But it's not just any davinci reference, it's a reference to a 'davinci5G.' In case you're anxious that the 5G version of the Galaxy Note 10 might be the only version and you're going to have to get a home equity loan to afford Samsung's upcoming new Note phone, there's also a reference to a regular 'davinci" without support for 5G connectivity.
Samsung responded to reports of its Galaxy S10 face recognition bypass flaw by telling TechRadar, "Face recognition is a convenient action to open your phone". That record still stands at 48.7 million shipments in 2016, when the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge arrived. The Galaxy S8 an S9 series did not even make it to 40 million, so the Galaxy S7 is by far the best-selling for Samsung. With a slight common-sense we can figure out it as a 5G version of Galaxy Note10. The first three devices are available for purchase as we speak, while the Galaxy S10 5G will become available at a later date.
This suggests that Samunsg's Galaxy Note 10 - which is pitched as the big boy of the family - will come with an AMOLED display that is at least 6.7-inches from corner to corner.
