Only I could have done Gully Boy, says Ranveer Singh

Being with Alia, what can I say. "Both of them are really special to me and the only difference between them is that with one of them I am doing Gully Boy and with the other I am doing Brahmastra", she added.

Zoya Akhtar's latest film has Ranveer Singh playing a rapper and also stars Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin in prominent roles.

Ranbir confirmed his relationship with Alia in May a year ago. They will soon be seen together in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The venture is co-produced by Zoya Akhtar's Tiger Baby and Excel Entertainment productions. Scheduled to hit the screens on February 14. i.e Valentine's Day, the film promises wonders and we can not wait for the magic to unfold. The film is based on the underground rap music scenario in India. When Asli Hip Hop came out with Spitfire, people were asking who is this kid? Everybody in this film is so hungry that they gain what they want.

The trailer shows Ranveer Singh as an aspiring rap artist who is a son of a driver, lives in a low-key neighbourhood but is still struggling to make it big as a rapper.

The music, by Ankur Tewari, promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience.
