William and Kate to make Christmas visit to troops

In the hopes of honouring the family members and kids of military personnel stationed in Cyprus, who sadly won't be home for the holidays, Prince William and Kate put on a holly jolly bash - and there may have been a few too many sweet treats... Middleton touched on her shared experience of having a husband in military service during her speech to guests.

"She asked whether she was sleeping through the night, and she told me that Louis is starting to wave", Davis told PEOPLE.

Families from RAF Marham and RAF Coningsby were invited to the palace for party games and Christmas activities. "George said to me this morning, "Where are you going daddy?' and I said, "I'm going to see some pilots who fly fast jets", William said. On behalf of everyone back home, we would like to say thank you", the duke said.

Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed Prince Louis into the world on April 23rd, with the Duchess of Cambridge making an appearance on the steps of the Lindo Wing that evening.

The magazine reported: "Kate and William have bought him a Grow-Your-Own Girlfriend kit, along with a more stylish gift - Gucci loafers because 'all his shoes have holes in them". Five-year-old Harry is being looked after for six months by his grandparents.

Her husband said: "We see our main function as giving my daughter and her husband peace of mind".

William and Kate met a boy whose dad is in Cyprus, while his mum posted to Afghanistan. They've got an important job to do and they don't have time to worry about their son'.

William and Kate will bring presents and messages to the troops in Cyprus from the families they met in the UK.
