Even so, the developers have made clear their plans to release consistent content updates going forward. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is getting a slew of new diversions across the month, running the gamut from new quests to cosmetic clothing options. There's more coming later this month, Ubisoft, announced today.
The second episode, titled "Divine Intervention", requires you to meet a mysterious woman who tests your strength through various impossible trials. 20 new levels will be unlocked later this month, for a total of 70. This will be available for all players.
Last week, Ubisoft added the first of many free DLC story missions, named The Lost Tales of Greece.
Accompanying the new series of quests are epic mercenaries to fight on land and at sea, a new mythical beastie to batter and two new item sets themed around Odysseus. No doubt, the highlight inclusions of the November content update are multiple new story missions and the appearance of a mythical monster from ancient Greek mythology. Defeating those challenging adversaries will reward you not only with Orichalcum to use at the Oikos of the Olympians merchant, but also with a new ship design or a new piece of equipment!
At first it was mentioned here and there that we should not expect to have the level of customization in Odyssey like we had in Origins. Which additions are you most interested in? For those who've already exceeded the current 50 levels, the extra XP you've already earned will be converted into ability points, so you don't take too much of a hit. Beating the Cyclops will be a high-level challenge, and if you succeed, you will be rewarded with a legendary bow.
