We started the day with cloudy skies, light winds and lows in the 50s to near 60, Rain was noted in the eastern half of the Ark-La-Tex. Plan on bouts of light rain and drizzle throughout the day with temperatures no higher than the mid 40s in the afternoon.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and becoming breezy in the afternoon.
THURSDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy skies will develop, with a few rain showers, and a mild high temperature of 62 degrees. Highs in the low 60s. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. Temperatures will warm to the mid 60s.
NEXT WEEK: Our weather will be dry Monday through Wednesday with sunny, pleasant days and clear, cool nights. Winds: S around 10 miles per hour.
Rain chances will ramp up with that system, which should arrive in the late evening and overnight hours.
