"Given the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by (Pitt) for over a year and a half, (Jolie) intends to file an RFO (Request For Order) for the establishment of a retroactive child support order".

In a new court filing submitted Tuesday obtained by NBC News, Jolie claimed Pitt has not contributed any "meaningful" child support since this whole mess began, and asked the court to force him to comply.
Brad Pitt is hitting back hard at Angelina Jolie's accusations that he hasn't paid a dime in child support for their six kids.
But a source with knowledge of the case has claimed the court filing by the 43-year-old "Maleficent" actress was done in order to get their marriage "dissolved" quickly.
Now Pitt pals are fuming to Page Six that the "Seven" star has in fact been forking over hundreds of thousands a month - and that Jolie is just trying to smear her ex by claiming he's a "deadbeat dad".
Meanwhile, another source told HollywoodLife that Jolie keeps "changing the rules" despite Pitt doing his best to be responsible for his family. All Brad's interested in is reaching a mutually beneficial agreement over the custody of the children, and then ending the marriage, period'.
According to the ruling set down by the judge in June, Pitt has been given a summer schedule to see his kids, minus the oldest child, Maddox, who has been deemed old enough to decide how much time he wants to spend with his adoptive father.
Pitt and Jolie have three sons and three daughters, ages 17 and under.
The brood is now living in London with Jolie as she films Maleficent 2, while Pitt has spent his court-ordered time with the kids in London and Los Angeles, where he is shooting Quentin Tarantino's new movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Jolie's team is asking for a status conference to address the issue.
