How Prince Harry Helped Meghan Through Her First Ever Balcony Appearance

Meghan Markle played Rachel Zane on Suits for seven seasons. In fact, it's rumored that Prince Harry might have a little something to do with her style choices.

But while Meghan may have been receiving scorn from people on the internet who have nothing better to do with their lives, her husband - Prince Harry - was as supportive as ever.

While the neckline was modest, the backless number allowed Meghan to show off her toned shoulders and back, while the figure-hugging gown featured a dramatic fluted skirt.

A fan account for Harry and Meghan caught the pre-curtsy confirmation. But apparently, she still can't wear whatever she wants to wear.

Meghan's ensemble also echoed a look Diana stepped out in at a former Trooping The Colour celebration where she wore a pale pink slanted hat and matching v-neck dress with buttoned bodice. "The joke is that Harry is Meghan's surprise stylist".

'I think it was the last moment that she could reflect, sort of the other side to her and, you know. the joy, and the human within her.

Many wondered why Duchess Meghan Markle looked like she was standing in the background on the balcony at the Trooping the Colour ceremony over the weekend, which marked her royal balcony debut.

As the royal family's website reveals, the impressive yearly event involves "Over 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians [coming] together each June in a great display of military precision, horsemanship, and fanfare to mark The Queen's official birthday". They attended the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding in May. "She loves Victoria's elegant but smart dresses, so expect her to wear one very soon".
