On Wednesday, the 37-year-old reality star and mogul posted an Instagram promoting Flat Tummy appetite-suppressing lollipops.
The company's website says the lollipops are created to be taken when people experience food cravings.
Fans also started commenting on Kim's Instagram photo ad and bashed Kim.
