Carve a path of destruction through the battlefield fighting for guts, glory, and survival in For Honor, a new melee action game developed by Ubisoft Montreal in collaboration with other Ubisoft studios.
A free update available today, April 19th, will patch in a training mode for For Honor on all formats.
The Apprentice and Warriors Trials are aimed at newcomers, and will help players familiarise themselves with the game's controls, basic moves and techniques before entering the fray against real opponents.
The new training mode, which is created to help teach players the basics up to advanced techniques, will feature four different settings modes to help players work their way up in skill. A grading system will also enable you to replay and measure your progression. Here players will find videos on game modes, the faction war, and quick info on in-game features. A media library of tutorials is also part of the package. Ubisoft introduces this new mode as part of the free update.
The new training mode is part of the ongoing support of For Honor, which is now in its second year and recently added dedicated servers across all platforms in addition to a host of improvements and updates, including Hero rebalancing. The Art of Battle, the game's innovative combat system that puts players in total control of their warriors, allows them to utilize the unique skills and combat style of each hero to vanquish all enemies who stand in their way.
