The California Department of Public Health has issued proposals for how to reduce exposure to radio recurrence vitality from phones.

The agency also provided some helpful ways that people can reduce their risk to the RF energy waves.
As smartphone use continues to increase in the US, especially among children, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) today issued guidance for individuals and families who want to decrease their exposure to the radio frequency energy emitted from cell phones. In addition, the average age when children get their first phone is now just 10 years old, and a majority of young people keep their phones on or near them most of the day and while they sleep.
Activists have spent years campaigning for consumer warnings, despite pushback from industry groups.
"The fundamental concern is the utilization of cell phones with regards to youngsters who are regularly discovered laying down with them under their pad", featured Smith.
A Berkeley law requiring cellphone health warnings in stores was upheld by a USA federal appeals court in April. The safest way to use one's phone is when it's connected to Wi-Fi. They also recommend sending "text messages instead of talking on the phone".

To limit the exposure, CDPH is implementing new guidelines, which include keeping the phone away from the body, reducing cellphone use when the signal is weak, decreasing the use of cell phones to stream audio or video, downloading or uploading large files and keeping the phone away from the bed at night. As the FDA states on its website, '[t] he weight of scientific evidence has not linked cellphones with any health problems.' Likewise, the FCC monitors scientific research on a regular basis, and its standard for RF exposure is based on recommended guidelines adopted by US and global standard-setting bodies.
