According to the Leaker Evan Blass, Huawei's P series will come with a triple-lens, 40 MP rear camera setup with 5x hybrid zoom. Paired with the new lens technology mentioned above, the Huawei P11 could shape up to be one of the best phones on the market for taking attractive photos.
All of this information comes from a digital artist at one of the company's creative agencies, who added the promotional materials you can see above to their portfolio.
For selfies, it also teased with a Pro Selfie camera that can produce a higher resolution 24MP image with greater clarity in low light.
For the Huawei P11 series, the camera might just be the selling point since most of the other key features it will have are already present in the Mate 10 series and Honor V10 such as a full-screen display and the Kirin 970 processor. While we won't be seeing any new smartphones from Honor and Huawei in 2017, the company might be launching the flagship Huawei P11 and P11 Plus smartphones at the MWC 2018 event. But we can expect that the phone will have latest Android Oreo operating system. The triple lens could also produce even sharper pictures.
As with other Huawei devices that have leveraged their partnership with Leica, the material indicates they'll be using the same "co-engineered with Leica" tagline in the advertisements. Moreover, Pro Night Mode will ensure you "shoot gorgeous night scenes" without a tripod. Then there is Pro AI camera assist which will be capable of doing things like automatic "scene recognition" and "auto framing" and the details on the poster state that it will help users in capture every moment effortlessly.
A new leak suggests that Huawei may be hard at work on a beastly camera setup for the next entries in its flagship P-series. The Huawei P10 was first unveiled at Mobile World Congress in February, so keep your eyes out for more P11 info in the coming months.
