More details about the family who were killed in a road crash in Wexford last night have been revealed.
The crash is believed to have been between a vehicle and a truck on Begarin Hill between New Ross and nearby Cushinstown shortly after 6.30pm.
The four who died had travelled from the USA to attend the funeral of Winnie Keevey (nee Ryan) originally from Patrickswell. All the occupants (three males and one female) of the vehicle were fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene.
The victims were pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the lorry and a passenger were uninjured.
The road is likely to remain closed until lunchtime at the earliest.

A local councillor said the incident was "completely devastating".
The community was "in shock" at what had happened, he told RTÉ's Morning Ireland.
There had been a number of crashes along the road in recent years, he said. A report on local station South East Radio called the area an "accident black spot".
Gardai have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
