Giudice first opened up about the experience during the Gettin Real With the Housewives panel at Mohegan Sun Cabaret in Uncasville, Connecticut, on Sunday, October 29.
She later alleged that Vergara was overheard asking her publicist why she had to "take a picture with that woman". Giudice makes sure to mention that she doesn't like taking pictures with celebrities because "she's not like that" and then says that Vergara didn't want to take the picture. I hate to say that because I'm Italian, she's Colombian, she has an accent. "You know, she's an immigrant".
Giudice said that her publicist from Bravo asked her to take the photo with Vergara, maintaining that she "never asks for a photo", but she was going to do it anyway.
The story, as told by Giudice, is that Vergara and her were supposed to take a picture together.
Teresa received a loud reaction from the crowd after her "immigrant" comment, but most people were laughing and cheering her on. "Like, she's an immigrant - no, I'm just saying - she should be nice!" However, perhaps Teresa shouldn't throw shade because after all, she is an A-lister with a very successful career.
And I didn't even do anything. Allegedly, Bravo producers asked the two to take pictures but Sofia didn't want to. "And I was just like..." "I can't believe that bitch said that, I can't stand her!" "I figured that because we both shared very humble upbringings with families that emigrated to this country, she would have had more humility".
