Kim was feeling anxiety as a result of the 2016 robbery in Paris in which she was kept hostage while her assailants stole her engagement ring from husband Kanye West, and other jewels totaling $9.5 million.
Kim opened up about going through the disorder for a really long period of time and also revealed how vulnerable she was to body-shamers after she read the entire social media backlash about what people labelled her "real body".
"Oh my god", Kim said, as she looked at the photos while lounging by the pool with her friends. "Kim is crushed that people are being so mean to her about the cellulite on her butt", a source told Radar.co.uk.
'All he does is try to make everybody else feel bad for him, and to make me look like the bad guy in this situation when clearly I'm not from 10 years of this going on'.
Insisting that the whole thing was hilarious, Kourt replied: 'On social media lately, everyone takes themselves so seriously and I'm over it'.
Seeing the photos on her phone for the first time, after they hit the headlines, Kim says: "I don't get it, I literally don't look like this".
She said: "You take pictures and people just body shame you. For people to just think that's OK is so frustrating". "Wanting to be seen". "I know the paparazzi's there.'" Kim admitted that she's become "socially awkward" and prefers the "chill life" of staying at home. In a refreshingly self-aware moment, Kim reminisced, "I'd be like, 'Oh, Katsuya?"
Before heading off to Mexico Kourtney anxious Scott Disick would discover the news in the media, gave her baby daddy and ex-boyfriend a courtesy phone call informing him she was photographed while out on a date. Ironically, Kourtney revealed, "The photos never ended up coming out in the end so it was pretty much all for nothing".
With all of that going on along with three reported pregnancies now in the family, we're pretty sure we can no longer keep up with the Kardashians. Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
