Learnt dancing by looking at actors: Rajkummar Rao

Actor Rajkummar Rao, who has featured in intense roles in films like "Shahid" and "Trapped", will be seen dancing for a change in the quirky entertainer "Bareilly Ki Barfi". Few days ago, the actor entertained everyone present at the launch of a new song, Twist Kamiraya from the film by showing them his wonderful dance movies. Where Ayushmann reportedly plays the owner of a printing press, while Rajkummar would be seen as an author and Kriti as a straightforward and liberated girl in the film.

Readers may be aware that Bareilly Ki Barfi is set on the backdrop of a small town in UP and considering the close proximity of the houses in these areas, most of the neighbors are aware of all the happenings in each other's house. "That's how I learnt it", Rajkummar said in a statement.

The makers of "Bareilly Ki Barfi" have roped in five-time National Award winning lyricist Javed Akhtar as the narrator for the film. The movie features Rajkummar Rao, Ayushmann Khurrana and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, director of the film, shared, "We wanted a narrator who is not just a voice over but a key character through the film, someone who is an integral part of the "pagal" Mishra family". The romantic comedy is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and produced by Nitesh Tiwari, Shreyas Jain and Rajat Nonia.
