Louis C.K. continued the promotion of his new standup comedy special on Netflix by stopping by The Late Show to talk with Stephen Colbert.
On Tuesday's "Late Show", the comedian said he regrets sending it, but doesn't take back his words.
"Don't you just want God to just show up and say 'I was just kidding".
Since then he has remained relatively quiet on the matter, but during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert he couldn't hold his tongue.

He explained the difference between people who occasionally tell lies and people who seem to enjoy telling lies. Then you have a liar, who somebody who's nearly like it's a problem.
"Sometimes people lie - 'That guy lied, they found out he lied.' Then there's somebody who lies once in a while and can't quite stay inside the boundaries of truth". They lie a lot.
